Judy demonstrates an economical way to make a very tall balloon centerpiece using air filled balloons instead of helium. This do it yourself centerpiece can be used for weddings and receptions, parties and events, including bar and bat mitzvahs. The height of the center tube can be adjusted to meet most specifications.
