   The wedding planner can range from 500 dollars to 3000 depending on their experience and what they will be responsible for. They usually charge either by the hour, by the percentage total of wedding or a flat fee. Whatever the cost, they are well worth it. A good wedding planner though expensive may save you money, as they will compare vendors etc.

   well they normally take a % or a flat rate look in your area or look for a bluk package i plan on going to hawii for mine an spending 750.00 for video photo limo and cake and location and a minister and it will hold at least 30ppl only thing we have to pay beyond is flights but my guests are picking up the tab of flights and i am paying for hotel and activities

   Hi. I am a wedding planner based in NY but work nationally. It all depends on how extravagant you want the wedding to be. I have planned wedding with 40 people where they have had so much to do because of the level of extravagance they wanted. On the other hand I have had weddings where my fee was cheaper for a 300 person wedding. It all depends on what you are looking to be done. How involved do you want the planner? Do you want them there just the day of the wedding or to coordinate and plan your entire wedding starting with coming up with a theme?
